Moment Coaching is all about listening and learning about your body, good communication and having run

Personalized Training

I don't use pre-made programs. I create a training program for each of my athletes based on their unique situation 

Daily Feedback

I expect athletes to communicate their daily training and how they feel each day.  I track and comment on athlete training each day (except when I am traveling, out of service, etc.)

Basic Principals:

-At least one rest day a week

-Effort based training, not pace based training

-Short strides (hill or flat) once or twice a week

-Speed, hill, threshold work (or a mix of these) typically once a week  

-Long runs on the weekend with threshold or stride work 

Long(er) Term Coaching

I prefer to work with athletes that are looking for longer term coaching.  If the coaching isn't a good fit for any reason, at any time there is zero commitment! 

Google Sheets

I use google sheets with my athletes to provide a weekly training plan and give and receive the majority of athlete/coach communication

Rates:

I charge between $120 and $200 per month on a sliding scale. No commitments and most athletes use Venmo to pay
